Construction Works Manager

(b2b contract 25000 - 30000 PLN /month) - immediately start
The responsibilities of this role are:
- Delivering the project on time & budget
- Conducting site inductions for staff and sub-contractors
- Managing and Coordinating all works on site
- Manage defects
- Liaising with sub-contractors, architects, and various stakeholders
Experience/Skills required:
- Construction background
- Polish buidling license
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Works Manager
- Experience successfully managing projects
- Strong verbal and written skills
