Zapewnienie drugiej linia wsparcia dla klientów zewnętrznych w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów technicznych oraz zarządzania incydentami
Tworzenie i implementacja usprawnień konfiguracji w trzeciej linii wsparcia
Identyfikowanie źródeł problemów i ich rozwiązywanie
Tworzenie scenariuszy testowych, danych testowych oraz przeprowadzanie testów
Wymagania wobec Kandydata:
Co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy z modułem SAP FICO
Doświadczenie na linii wsparcia i/lub w rolach projektowych (wewnętrznych lub konsultingowych)
Szeroka wiedza z zakresu księgowości i kontrolingu
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
Myślenie analityczne, umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów oraz pracy zespołowej
Gotowość do odbywania krótkich podróży służbowych (głównie Europa)
