- Manage and deliver content for Business Services proposals through the whole bid cycle
- Support the knowledge management process
- Work closely with sales and solution teams, subject matter experts and marketing to build and maintain the written materials repository used in sales pursuits
- Support the sales team in varied content related requests and projects
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal business development teams as well as the entire Capgemini Business Services organization
The Business Services Win Center provides full range of sales support services with around 40 bid coordinators, proposal authors, content management specialists, client visit experience experts, market intelligence analysts, graphics and knowledge managers in Poland, India and Guatemala.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Very good writing and communication skills (English)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Pro-active approach with the ability to put forward new ideas
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
