Responsibilities:
Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
Provide excellent customer service to our customers
This job will request working in a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and reviewing content that might be highly egregious in nature, every day
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
Very good level of English, min B2
Personal culture and deal with the client properly
High motivation and ability to learn
Preferred qualifications:
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule (potential weekend shift work)
Ability to work with content that can be egregious in nature, on a day to day basis
