For our Client, international well known organization for its new Financial Centre, we are currently looking for Candidates for a position of: Continuous Improvement Specialist.
Candidate will join EMEA Continuous Improvement Team developing office applications using VBA.
Main duties on the position involve:
- developing office applications using VBA for Microsoft Excel, Word and Access; creating automations using WinAutomation;
- software development for a specific division of business units;
- coordinate the implementation of tools and applications for new contracts within Continuous Improvement transition; support;
- tactical guidance and execution of automation projects;
- providing counsel in the area of business process support with a special emphasis on process automation;
- working in an internal Continuous Improvement Department responsible for products, services and business processes improvement in the light of their efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility;
- providing analysis of Finance & Administration processes and conducting improvement workshops aimed at identifying potential improvements areas;
- design, development and implementation of applications targeted at improvement of both quality of services and cost reduction in compliance with various improvement methodologies;
- continual resource utilization, business processes optimization and data errors reduction.
Requirements:
- knowledge and experience in developing applications using VBA;
- C#, .NET, SAP environment knowledge will be an asset;
- Bachelor's Degree;
- knowing F&A processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) would be an asset;
- good English language skills.
