For Our Client, a well-known British company, we are looking for motivated candidates to join BPO centre in Krakow as Continuous Improvement Specialist.
Working on this position, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and implementing various continuous improvement (CI) projects within centre in Krakow: identifying improvement opportunities basing on information from SMEs and Service Delivery Managers, performing workshops, SLA/KPI analysis and reporting. Your duties will also include providing support in terms of technical issues, documenting methodology, estimation of CI projects, generating monthly reports.
To be successful on this position, you should have some previous experience on a similar position as well as continuous improvement knowledge - such as Lean and/or Six Sigma principles (e.g.Green Belt certification). We are looking for i proactive specialists with strong motivation to develop and grow within CI area. Fluent English, excellent knowledge of MS Office are a must, VBA knowledge preferable. An ideal candidate has very good communication and interpersonal skills, at the same time being also independent and detail-oriented individual.
