Position purpose
Would you like to develop your knowledge in financial control, reporting and modeling related to Contract & Commercial Management?
Would you like to expand your business experience working with corporate financial settlements?
If yes - join CCO team in Poland as a Commercial Management Senior Analyst for the new client based in the UK.
Main accountabilities
- Validate client invoices against their contract with integrated IT services suppliers
- Document contractual obligations to further list and validate controls of client invoices contractual compliance
- Identify areas for potential process and tools enhacements
- Calculate credits/penalties and price adjustments (considering inflation, foreign currency factor)
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports
- Co-operate with the team on driving continuous improvement by implementation of new automations
- Take part in the process design for new clients
- Support Commercial Manager in daily tasks
Candidate’s profile
- Good command of English
- Financial or legal background will be an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivots, etc.), VBA will be an asset
- Self-motivated and independent
- High level of analytical skills and attention to details
- Process improvement experience would be an advantage
