Job description:
- Support Contract Manager in daily tasks
- Draft contract changes including Amendments, Change Requests
- Prepare an Obligation Matrix and track contract deliverables and compliance
- Respond to queries related to contractual documents – including solicit further answers from internal stakeholders (i.e. legal, HR, finance and delivery)
- Maintain of all contractual documents
Candidate's profile:
- Strong French and English language skills are a must
- 2+ years business related experience
- Legal background would be an advantage
- High level of diligence, analytical skills and attention to details
