With developing office in Poland and further expansion plan in the region we are offering to an independent and leadership person to join us as an Contracting Division Manager.
Contracting Division Manager overseas and manages a recruitment team to achieve specified financial targets by providing recruitment services to new and existing clients and in generating new business opportunities and leads. The Manager reviews employees performance and outputs against set objectives, adjusting targets and holds regular weekly and monthly meetings with the whole team. Additionally the Manager supports the Operations Director in building annual budget, once the budget is set the Manager takes responsibility for the delivery and setting targets for the team members. The Manager manages the ‘cost of sales’ process ensuring all contractor margins and GP’s are reviewed, liaising with the Finance team if necessary. The Manager proposes and manages the overhead costs for team recruitment and monitors the associated financial expectations. The Manager develops a targeted approach to business development for their team and the sectors supported, taking account of trends, opportunities and threats and maps out Client contacts in investment prospects that offer potential business lead generation. The Manager helps and manages the consultants in sourcing candidates ensuring that NES Fircroft has best candidates available. The Manager will also receive and work vacancies from current and new clients and ensures that there are terms and conditions agreed with the client and if required negotiate the terms and liaise with the Commercial and Legal Team. The Manager also manages key strategic client relationships ensuring a consistent and sustainable recruitment service, addressing client issues and identifying opportunities and improvements.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ experience of the recruitment industry and ideally have been a successful Team Leader or Division Manager. The candidate has to have good sales track record in B2B sector and experience in managing employees. The Manager needs to have an excellent leadership skills and adjust leadership style to maximize the performance from different individuals and situations. Very good negotiation, influencing and emotional intelligence skills are also required. Additionally, the Manager needs to know how to motivate and coach people in order to improve their skills. English and Polish language for this role is a must.
