Controlling and Reporting Specialist

Requirements:
- Finance, Accounting or Business related Bachelor or Master degree
- 2+ years of professional experience in management accounting, forecasting, budgeting and analysing management accounting data
- Team player and have good communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP FICO, Hyperion Financial Management and strong MS Excel skills
- Prepared and capable to learn and apply specific Controlling systems and solutions and have excellent reporting and analytical skills; customer service oriented and results driven
- Excellent time management abilities and are oriented on deadlines
- Fluent knowledge of English
Responsibilities:
- Create reports of company's financial performance and prepare regular and ad hoc reports, financial statements and analyses
- Support financial budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist the controlling organization in understanding and interpreting financial data, support business decision making process and advise on their financial implications, suggest changes improving business performance
- Maintain Controlling related master data
- Develop, manage and improve financial policies, processes and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance requirements
