For our Client, Share Service Center based in Warsaw, we are seeking the Coordinator in Payments.

Coordinator in payments is a first point of contact for the team regarding payment queries, supports the team with daily operations, shares the knowledge with the team and is responsible for internal trainings. Main responsibilities of Coordinator in Payments include also ensuring that vendor and employee payments are executed according to payment terms and schedules, contacting the banks and third parties, reviewing payment proposal for completeness and accuracy.

From the successful Candidate we expect min. 3 years of experience in Account Payable and 2 years in payments. We require perfect knowledge of AP and processing payments, excellent communications skills, ability to keep deadlines and experience in managing the team of 2-5 specialists are essential. Fluent English and SAP is a must.
