Do you want to develop as a Corporate Financial Analyst in top-tier real estate company? If yes, we are looking for you. For our client, leading real estate company we are currently looking for Corporate Financial Analyst who is willing to work in Warsaw, Poland.
As a Corporate Financial Analyst you will support allocated corporate company from reporting and finance perspective.
Your typical tasks would include: proactive compilation of internal and external reports to provide insight in company performance, monthly group reporting (IFRS), cash flow reporting, preparation of budgets and forecasts on entity level for corporate company, coordination of all accounting and tax external providers, financial documentation, cooperation with external auditors, managing relationship with the bank, providing support to finance department with all administrative and operational tasks.
We are looking for Corporate Financial Analyst with 2-3 years experience as real estate financial analyst or with 3-4 years experience in Big4 Audit (real estate clients strongly preferred), fluent command of English, dynamic, proactive and good team player with strong business awareness. We are looking for Candidate with strong working knowledge of business, finance and accounting fundamentals (Polish GAAP, IFRS) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
