- Train and deploy employees as per new hire or progressive training schedule.
- Plan, define, produce, document and deliver training contents based on a needs analysis, new product launches and Quality Analysis results on a weekly basis.
- Continuously liaising with staff across the operational teams with the aim to provide the highest standard of training for all departments.
- Recommend improvements to training and processes to ensure material remains fresh and relevant. Constantly implement best practices into training sessions.
- Attend all Train the Trainer Sessions delivered and train the teams according to the deadline.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of training sessions delivered, trainees attendance, onboarded and offboarded agents and staff, including handover document to Operations after Nesting.
- Maintain knowledge on new product and process releases
- Communicate new product and process launches to the sales floor.
- Perform Quality Analysis of Sales Representatives’ calls on a weekly basis.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in conducting training, including development of training programs and materials - minimum 1.5 years of experience as a trainer
- Working experience in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of English (training are conducted mainly in English)
- Very good knowledge of Russian will be an asset
- Business Trainer Certificate will be an asset
- Creativity and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to transfer knowledge and support others in personal development
- Outstanding training delivery skills, strong classroom presence.
