For our Client, an international production company based in Warsaw, we are looking for a Credit Controller with Swedish.
The aim of this role is to ensure a proactive credit control function with efficiency and quality according to predefined standards and work processes. Credit Controller will conduct credit analysis on customers, issue customer statements and dunning letters and maintain contact with clients by phone and email to ensure that the invoices are clear for payment. A person on this position will collect cash from overdue debtors, handle rejected direct debit payment and ensure customer payment according to payment terms. Moreover, Credit Controller’s scope of duties will cover settlement of customer’s account transactions, reviewing provisions for bad debts and undertaking reconciliations. Credit Controller will cooperate with AR team, Customer Service and Account Managers.
We are looking for a person who has 2-4 years of professional experience in credit control, accounts receivable and customer service. Fluent English and Swedish is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or ERP systems is a plus. The successful Candidate should have outstanding negotiating skills and assertive collection style. Excellent communication skills are necessary.
