For our Client international company located in Katowice supported logistics processes we are currently looking for Candidates with fluent German and English to work in Order to Cash team as Customer Service Process Specialist.
Main responsibilities on this position include operational tasks of claims assessment in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Deliver different order to cash processes KPI’s. Be in touch with local Customer Service organisations and Sales department (internal stakeholder cooperation) . Review and solve disputes in AR Collect system.
To be successful on this position you need to have fluent English and German (both speaking and writing) and experience in Customer Services Operations, Finance or Logictics. Others requirements include: good computer skills (MS Office, focus on Excel), very good communication skills and analytical thinking. Experience in working with various IT applications (especially SAP).
