For our Client international company located in Katowice supported logistics processes we are currently looking for Candidates with fluent French and English to work in Order to Cash team as Customer Service Process Specialist.
Main responsibilities on this position include tasks related to order management in the system, stock allocation, logistics, billing, customs documentation and pricing/logistic claims analysis and its resolution accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Building relationship and knowledge about customers. Solving issues and making decision based on the best knowledge of the processes.
To be successful on this position you need to have fluent English and French (both speaking and writing) and experience in Customer Services Operations (min. 1 year). Others requirements include: good computer skills (MS Office, focus on Excel), very good communication skills and analytical thinking. Experience in working with various IT applications (SAP, CRM, ARC, UTMS) is an advantage.
