Customer Care Agent with Slovak or Czech

For one of our Clients, a Scandinavian company from fashion industry, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of Customer Service Agent with Slovak or Czech.

Person on this position will be responsible for providing support to customers regarding their shopping experience through incoming telephone and email contacts. This will include enquiries regarding orders, deliveries and processing payments. As you will be the voice of fashion, you will be confident in identifying every opportunity to advise on product choices. It’s a full-time, shift-based job in the city centre.

We are looking for driven, sociable and structured Candidates with a customer-facing attitude, who are fluent in Slovak or Czech (both spoken and written). An ideal candidate is a team player but also feels comfortable working independently, can take own initiative and find information if needed. Moreover, we expect optimism and readiness to learn.
