Functional Area: Customer Care

Duration: minimum 6 months

Processing all incoming sales orders in SAP software;

Invoicing customers in accordance with relevant documentation;

Providing phone and email support to both customers and sales team;

Logging all order and logistics complaints from customers;

Processing Customer Credits;
-
Interfacing between Customer, Sales, Operations and Finance.

Excellent Italian language skills;
-
Very good English verbal and written communication skills;

Bachelor Degree or student in the final year;

Excellent telephone and communication skills;
-
Familiar with standard Microsoft office software (SAP/CRM experience desirable);

Customer Care or Sales Support experience will be an asset.
