Your new company

Your new role
You will be responsible for leading a multicultural team of customer care professionals dealing with the Company's clients overseeing their work and coaching and mentoring them should a need occur. You will develop and recruit new assets for your team identifying their needs and evaluating their performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining the healthy and accurate workflow securing the Company's needs. You will have close contact with the Company's international locations and you will be responsible for the analysis of the statistics to draw conclusions leading to service improvement. The company is based in Wroclaw.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to have at least 3 years of managerial experience in the area of customer service and if you happen to have experience in purchasing or logistics that would be considered a plus. Fluent German or SAP knowledge desired but not necessary. You need to have a proven record of team management experience to be successful in this role. Very good MS Office is a must and fantastic communication portfolio. You need to be ready to travel (up to 10%).
