Our Client is a worldwide recognized brand, initially established on American market, expanding dynamically and providing innovative solutions on new markets. Currently, we are looking for Customer Care Professionals to join the newly created team operating in the heart of Cracow.
On this position you will have the chance to build and develop the relationships with the customers while delivering high-quality service via different channels including phone, email and chat. You will respond to queries and solve arising issues as well as provide them with sufficient answers and solutions to the problems.
If you present great communication skills together with friendly and open-minded attitude this job may be a right fit for you. Apart from very good interpersonal skills, you will have to be fluent English and Polish Speaker (at least strong C1 level). Previous experience in Customer Support would be an advantage, however is not crucial.
