For our Client we are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of:
Customer Operations Specialist
Miejsce pracy: dolnośląskie/ Wrocław
Nr Ref.: COS/08/2016/NR/WRC
Main Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation and submission to customer
- Work on Monthly forecast in conjunction with the Sale community
- Manage vendors and vendor invoice reconciliation and payment submission
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (required);
- Attention to details
- Customer centric and background in customer service
- Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize and effective time management
- Good numerical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills enabling you to liaise effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- Good problem solving skills
