Our Client, an international IT company, is currently looking for Customer Service Agents with European Languages (one of the following: German, Dutch, French, Portuguese, Italian , Spanish) to join its Service Desk in Lodz.
The Agent will be responsible for administering the network and e-mail accounts. He/she will identify, resolve or escalate IT related queries. The Agent will cooperate within the team and be in contact with the 2nd and 3rd helpdesk line. The duties involve creating and managing query tickets. While working for our Client, the Agent will have to perform his/hers duties in a professional manner, managing tasks in time and ensuring accurate data processing.
The successful Candidate speaks fluent English and one other language (German, Dutch, French, Portuguese, Italian , Spanish), is interested in IT related topics and willing to learn. Basic software knowledge is crucial for performing the job but previous IT related professional experience is not a necessity. We are looking for a customer oriented person with well-developed communication skills and a team player attitude. Ability to work under time pressure and flexibility is important. The Candidate must be willing to work in 24/7 rota system. Previous SSC/BPO work experience will be a plus.
