Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German (min. B2/C1) and English (min. B2)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service will be an asset
- Living/working in Poland
- Computer literacy (including MS Office)
- Availability to work shifts hours (8am to 4pm or 12pm to 8pm)
Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for German speaking customers
- Proactively assist clients to ensure a positive experience, through inbound and outbound contacts
- Field calls, emails, and chat message requests from customers who have questions, comments, or complaints about our products and services
- Provide first contact resolution with a great experience
- Assist customers in placing orders/returning orders
- Provide information to customers regarding order status and product inquiries
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively promote and verbally navigate fans through online and mobile self-service options
