Our Client is a worldwide company rapidly developing their SSC in Kraków. currently they are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Agent with French.
Working on this position you will be responsible for resolving everyday queries of French speaking customers from all over the world. You will take ownership of 4 communication channels - phone, e-mail, on-line chat and social media, and ensure the customers receive highest level of support and dedication. The team is international and very diversified, and you will play a vital part in developing positive relations within it.
We are looking for candidates with fluent French and good working knowledge of English ( it is necessary to communicate with your future managers and colleagues). Any experience in working in customer service will be a huge asset, however I you are a fresh graduate looking for new challenges – do not hesitate! Our client offers a competitive salary – based on your experience and knowledge they will offer you between 3500 and 5500 PLN Gross, and a package of benefits.
