For our Client, a leading provider of renewable solutions, we are looking for Customer Service Manager to join a new Shared Service Center based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for building and managing a new team including leading, coaching, setting goals, monitoring results, solving escalations. Moreover, you will be in charge of monitoring credit limits and payments, preparing reports, cooperating with sales, logistics and production planning teams.
We are seeking Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position (gained preferably in Shared Service Center). Fluent English is required. The ideal candidate should have an excellent leaderships skills and a good customer service attitude.
