On behalf of our Client, a Shared Service Centre of an American company, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Customer Service Manager with French to join our Client’s office based in Łódź.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for managing customer service activities within the organization, acting as liaison between Customer Service structure and business units’ Sales / Supply Chain functional leaders and providing strategic planning to achieve functional goals. Customer Service Manager will be in direct contact with both internal and external customers (mid-level management) and with Plants/ Warehouse/ Quality/ Finance/ Supply Chain/ Pricing departments’ representatives.
We are looking for a Candidate with:
- Fluent French & very good English
- Business, Supply Chain or related degree
- Extensive Business experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain
- Outstanding supervisory experience
- SAP / ERP working knowledge (not obligatory, but nice to have)
