For our Client, a start- up company based near Cracow’s city centre, we are looking for candidates, who’d like to join their team as a Customer Service Officer!
You will be responsible for resolving more complex customers’ queries which are forwarded by the Call Centre team. Your scope of responsibilities will be wide- it will include data management, reporting, contacting vendors, opening/ closing clients’ accounts and working with the system. The back office role doesn't include a direct contact with the customer- all of the cases are being resolved via e-mails.
To be successful in your new role, you should be speaking English fluently (B2+ level is a must), have excellent communication skills and be familiar with MS Office (especially Excel and Word). An experience in a similar role is an asset, but not a must.
