For our Client, international company based in Krakow city centre, we are currently looking for Candidate with positive attitude and language skills : German or Russian or French as well as English for the position of Customer Service Representative.
Successful Candidate will be responsible for supporting internal and external clients with a high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone). You should act as passionate advocate for our client’s users while answering any questions that come your way, show empathy while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences.
As ideal Candidate should have positive, can do attitude and very good customer service skills. We are looking for motivated people willing to join well-known brand and use their language skills. Knowledge of English and one of following languages is a must: French, German, Russian on minimum C1 level.
