For our Client - an international company located in Łódź - we look for a motivated, dynamic and experienced Customer Service Specialist / Logistics Specialist
Job description
- Interacting with customers by providing and processing information in response to purchase orders, inquiries, interests;
- Responding promptly to customer's inquiries, obtaining and evaluating all pieces of information required;
- Satisfying customer's needs by providing the best class service;
- Handling customers complaints;
- Keeping records of customer purchase orders;
- Monitoring and optimizing stock level;
- Arranging dispatches of products to the customers;
- Cooperation with warehouse on shipment schedule
Candidate
- 2-3 years' experience in CS department;
- Very good German is a must;
- Good English is a must;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP experience;
- Communication skills;
- Accuracy;
- Stress tolerance;
- Organization and planning skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Problem solving skills
