On behalf of our Client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Customer Service Specialist with German and English.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for managing of delivery process, billing and communication with Clients (reclamations, returning orders, status of the contract or Clients inquiries). Additionally he/she will be responsible for preparing general information about products for Clients.
We are looking for Candidates who are fluent in German and English (written and spoken), have experience in Customer Service Department (managing orders, reclamations, transport organizing). We are focused on communication skills and ability to work in a team. Experience with SAP will be a plus.
