For our Client, fast-developing start-up in Kraków, we are currently looking for highly motivated candidates with excellent Russian and very good English!
Working on this position you will be responsible for acting as a first point of contact to resolve customer issues, providing customer service for clients and building and managing relationships with them. You will be involved in troubleshooting and problem solving management.
We are looking for motivated, open-minded, easy-going and enthusiastic candidates with highly developed interpersonal skills. The most important for us is your personality, fluent Russian and very good level of English. Any experience in similar position would be an advantage.
