Customer Service Specialist
Workplace: Toruń
Responsibilities:
- Supporting international external and internal Customers
- Interact with our business customers and IT professionals via telephone, e-mail and the web, providing customer support
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints
- Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution
- Participate with scheduled customer reporting
- Participate with scheduled customer invoicing
- Participate on-line customer meetings related to quality and requests statuses
Requirements:
- Excellent communication English skills
- Excellent communication German skills
- Excellent communication Polish skills
- Excellent customer service skills and/or previous experience
- Basic office IT skills and willingness to improve
- Knowledge of IT Service Management tools – as a plus
- Other languages skills (Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish) - as a plus
