On behalf of our Client, a Shared Service Centre in Łódź, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of B2B Customer Service Specialist with Portuguese.
Main responsibilities on this position will include participation in process migration, communication with internal and external Customers, investigating and addressing Customer inquiries. The chosen Candidate will prepare data analysis and report service performance. The position is related to managing Customers’ orders in a way that requires out of the box thinking. B2B Customer Support Agent will be responsible for setting management exceptions based on insights into Customers’ needs.
The successful Candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of experience in cooperation with a Business Client. Educational Background in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business would be a strong asset. Proficient MS Office skills are needed. SAP skills would be an advantage. We are seeking Candidates with ability to identify, manage and implement small process improvements and present recommendations.
