Your responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues.
- Provide assistance via telephone, e-mail, chat and social media regarding the platform.
- Listen carefully and understand customer needs.
- Building a good relationship with the customer.
- Participate in activities and meetings to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Our requirements
- C1 language skills level for Dutch and B1/B2 language skills level for English.
- Good use of PC and online browsing.
- Availability to work on different shifts:
- Working time: 3 shifts (from 9:00 am to 20 pm) 5 days a week from Monday till Sunday.
- One weekend a month is always a working one.
- Customer orientation and attention to detail.
- High problem-solving capacity.
- Excellent communication skills.
Optional
- Previous experience in customer service.
Lokalizacja: Polska, Szczecin
Wymagania językowe: Holenderski (B2/C1), Angielski (B2).
