For our Client, international organization, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Customer Support Representative with French (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer phone calls and addressing their issues in a timely manner
- Creating new accounts and adding new users to existing accounts and updating necessary changes
- Providing timely solution, updating cases
- Providing high quality of customer service and addressing their issues in a timely manner
- Adhering to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters
Requirements:
- Excellent French language skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Communication skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, team-player
- Interested in working through the night and changing shift timings
- Experience is not required – the client provides full introduction trainings
