- Diagnosing and resolving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Providing support to customers navigating digital channels.
- Identifying and troubleshooting product issues.
- Determining if a customer can resolve the issue without requiring a technician visit.
- Preparing reports that describe technical issues for service technicians.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Georgian (minimum C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Strong interest in new technologies.
- At least 6 months of experience handling claims and consumer complaints.
- Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office.
- Stable employment with a full-time contract starting from the first day of cooperation.
- Work in a comfortable office located in the center of Katowice.
