Customer Support Specialist with German (m/f)

Due to Covid-19 situation the employers enable remote work, thereafter, it will take place in following locations: Poznan, Lodz.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming phone calls and e-mails from foreign customers;
- Ensuring high standard of customer services;
- Analyzing technical issues;
- Solving reported problems using manuals;
- Cooperating with other departments.
Requirements:
- Great command of German is a must;
- Good command of English is an advantage;
- Well-developed communication skills
- Ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of the MS Office software.
