Deduction Analyst with Spanish / Portuguese in SSC (start up)

On behalf of our Client, the production company which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Łódź, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Deduction Analyst with Spanish or Portuguese .

Main responsibilities on that position will include participation in process migration as well as deduction management and resolution, root cause analysis and issue resolution as well as broker, sales team and customer interface. Main tasks will also involve process improvements, understanding customer deals/pricing and load/maintain customer contracts, application of cash and processing customer remittances.

The successful candidate for this position has at least 1 year of experience in credit, accounting or related field (including experience in reconciliation processes and procedures). University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar as well as very good English and Spanish or Portuguese skills are required. Proficient MS Office skills are needed. SAP skills would be and advantage. We are seeking candidates with ability to identify, manage and implement small process improvements as well as with ability to synthesise financial information and present recommendations.
