Delivery Manager

Responsibilites
- Understand product vision, business goals for mid- and long-term period
- Manage short-term priorities (release span) and share them with project teams
- Manage expectations of business stakeholders
- Focus on Customer satisfaction
- People Management and development
- Work with budget, maintain financial performance
- Be responsible for delivery results in multiple types of engagements (multiple offshore teams) and maintain high overall customer satisfaction as per service level agreement;
- Be responsible for achieving account financial targets
Requirements
- At least 3+ year's professional experience of managing delivery streams of 40+ people in an outsourced capacity;
- 5+ year's practical experience of managing Agile projects;
- Solid SDLC understanding and implementation experience (both SCRUM and Waterfall);
- End to end understanding and experience working within different financial outsourcing models (T&M, FixPrice, risk/reward scheme), budgeting, budget execution, invoicing, SLA principles;
- Ability to recruit, mentor, manage and motivate a distributed team in multiple locations and effectively organize a team of team leads and PMs reporting to him.
- Strong Risk Management experience;
- Professional experience in multimillion (£ or equivalent) contract negotiations;
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent soft skills and English communication skills

The SSE NG programme was designed as the migration of the Clearing and Settlement legacy mainframe system to a new technical, highly-scalable platform. The success of the programme in both the migration and creation of a scalable platform led to it being selected as the strategic Clearing and Settlement platform for the bank. This has led to significant further investment for legacy system migrations and technical improvements. Currently we have teams across several locations (London, Kiev, Hong Kong, Sydney) on those projects.
