- Monitor team’s performance (emails,H2 tickets, installs, recoveries); review daily and address any SLA/KPI failure;
- Prepare capacity plan and report in advance of any drop in SLA expected due to capacity;
- Implement QA process & ensure that the quality of work in the department is in a high standard;
- Ongoing review of team top queries drivers and propose solution to reduce them
- Provide feedback and coaching/development sessions to agents on regular basis;
- Represent team on a Project calls and follow on actions assigned to the department;
- Interact with multiple teams in & out of operations & external parties to ensure processes run smoothly and teams KPIs are achieved & exceeded;
- Promote a culture of engagement within the team;
- Effectively resolve escalated customer issues and queries;
- Any other business related tasks as assigned by Manager.
- Fluency in English & Polish;
- Ability to work in an international environment with multiple disciplines;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Problem-solving, multi-tasking and ability to handle difficult queries;
- Ability to work on own initiative with follow through to completion;
- Strong ability to manage people efficiently and effectively
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Advance knowledge of Excel);
