Deploy software into production env
Deploy software into pre-prod envs
Maintain Configuration Database on what is where / which version etc
Align environments for System Integration testing
Manage back ups and restores
Ensure firewalls / SAN, Dbs etc are managed correctly
Review of release requirements and confirmation of their practicality and risks.

Experience as DevOps engineer
ITIL v3 or similar certification and experience
Good communications in both written and spoken form
Experience of capital markets systems a plus
Experience in release management & configuration
Initially supporting the release and configuration requirements of an in-house system, this role is expected to provide the opportunity for the candidate to become involved with the change management / release control aspects of a number of systems within a management unit for a capital markets client. Technology stack used: C#, .NET, SQL Databases, Jenkins, Python.
