DevOps Engineer

You are a good match if you:
- Have 3+ years of DevOps experience, ideally deploying and running microservices
- Are an experienced Linux user, with excellent shell scripting and debugging skills
- Have expertise in Docker container-based deployment and container orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes
- Have experience with public cloud environments like AWS or Azure
- Have knowledge of Devops best practices like infrastructure as code and configuration management, with hands on experience in related tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Have experience building Jenkins CI, CD pipelines
- Have knowledge of common security drawbacks and have best practices in Linux, virtualized environments, and Docker containers
- Are proficient in network layers and protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, SSL)
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

You will be responsible for:
- Gathering requirements and setting priorities in collaboration with product and engineering management
- Ownership of the architecture and design of the deployment approach
- Hands on implementation and documentation of the deployment approach
- Providing technical leadership for microservices engineering teams with regards to deployment
- Bringing up additional environments for development, testing, performance, etc.
- Working with cross functional and distributed teams
