For one of our Client in Warsaw, we are actively looking for DevOps Engineer
Responsibilites:
- Building solutions to improve infrastructure operations, enabling Client to run a lean organisation and automate as much as possible
- Designing new solutions to complex problems and executing defined work packages
- Writing to ensure solutions are well documented and simple to understand
- Building enhancements and fixes where necessary
- Working in an Agile team
- Running deep dive initiatives to help overcome major incidents, complex problems and/or realise opportunities
- Active participation in tech talks to educate and raise awareness about different topics, sharing new ideas
- Actively building and staying abreast of emerging technologies, guiding teams on how to interpret and best leverage the emerging technologies
Requiements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or simillar industry experience
- At least 2 years’ experience as a DevOps engineer
- Experience in building and optimizing CI/CD Pipelines
- Practical knowledge of packaging and deploying applications
- Experience with git (e.g. using tools such as GitHub)
- Kubernetes container-orchestration
- Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g. PaaS, IaaS, FaaS)
- Understanding DevOps lifecycle processes and supporting tools
- Experience working in an Agile team
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in designing and building technical solutions
- Experience within an infrastructure operations environment
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud or AWS
- Strong scripting capabilities (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Familiar with Ansible automation
- Familiar with virtualization solutions (VMWare)
