DevOps Engineer
Place of work: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- build, maintain and improve an automated CI/CD pipeline, improve tooling (build, test, deploy, run)
- long term system landscape planning and development (with focus on process automation , security and monitoring solutions)
- collaborate with all participants in software development projects and support developers and testers in environment setup
- support in the implementation of the release processes for the progression of code in the integration, development, test, and production environments
- work with IT management to improve the software engineering processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments
- analysis and resolution of complex technical problems and issues
- work with development leads & project managers to understand impacts of branches and code merges
Requirements:
- minimum 5 years of professional experience on the same position
- very good knowledge in DevOps and continuous integration / continuous delivery
- very good knowledge in software development lifecycle & technologies
- strong analytical & conceptual skills
- hands-on experience with full software lifecycle from development to test, deploy and run
- good database, system integration and system operating skills
- experience with test automation desirable
- knowledge of version control systems (SVN, Git), continuous integration systems (Jenkins), infrastructure automation (Ansible), monitoring tools (Splunk)
