DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for 3 DevOps Managers to come and join our IT hub in Warsaw, Poland. These roles will play an integral part in bringing new IT capabilities with; new applications, new components of existing applications, new releases to life or/and maintain and improve existing applications and IT capabilities. This will be within all of the stages of application development lifecycle from the discovery, requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, ongoing maintenance.
With us you will:
- Be responsible for leading and managing software development projects on a global scale.
- Lead and manage both internal and external vendor partner teams, who build new IT capabilities end to end.
- Developing global teams of engineers, growing their knowledge and skillset, helping them to mature the processes used.
- Will play an integral part in understanding essential business processes and technical design of the solution so you can better serve the needs of our business partners / internal clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Apply if you have;
- At least a Bachelors Degree at a minimum, ideally within the Information Technology space.
- Experience with ITIL, DevOps and CI/CD concepts and best practices;
- Exposure to Agile software development and modern application design patterns;
- Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written), able to communicate effectively in English to convey complex technical information to regional/global partners.
