We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer/Architect who will join Cloud Platform Team that belong to Cloud Center Of Excellence.
You will challenge and be challenged by your colleagues in creating the new BEC Cloud platform based on MS Azure, which will ensure the future success of BEC's customers. You will contribute to the design and development and BEC Cloud platform. You will be part of a SAFe team responsible for implementing a strategic BEC Cloud platform to ensure that the platform is continuously expanded with new capabilities to support business needs. The technology and methods are brand new in BEC, allowing you to help design and shape the platform from the beginning.
You will become part of one of the most exciting development journeys within Platforms & Architecture / CCOE for the Danish financial sector. In collaboration with several customers, BEC is developing a Cloud platform based on MS Azure, which will support the specific business needs of each bank. In addition, you will be working with a modern toolset, including technologies, methods and principles e.g. MS Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI / CD and best practices in software development, test-driven development, IaC, etc. You will become a subject matter expert in relation to Cloud Security providing security guidelines and performing risk assessments.
You will work closely with Cloud Platform and Cloud Operations engineers. Primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Building BEC Cloud Platform with focus on applying Continuous Security
- Assist development teams with designing inherently secure systems
- Integrating automated security into the software delivery process
- Be a security subject matter expert and respond to internal security engineering questions/request
- Perform security risk assessment for Cloud platform and hosted services
- Perform or coordinate threat modelling, penetration testing, new attack proactive research, reactive incident response
- Evangelizing team and company towards DevSecOps approach
As a person, we expect you to identify with the following:
- Strong development background using multiple development tools, techniques, and platform technologies.
- Have experience working (coding and designing) with Cloud (preferably MS Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud security model, OWASP Secure Coding Practices
- Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices like threat modelling, apps security, static code analysis, penetration testing, continuous security monitoring.
- Experience working with security risk assessment
