Digital Project Coordinator

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Project and Software Development Life Cycle, including concepts, terminology, system architecture design, integration and database knowledge, using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Ability to formulate project briefs, specifications and user stories, organize workload and produce realistic estimates and plans for effective implementation of multiple concurrent projects
- Good understanding of standards and languages used online applications development, both web and native, such as HTML, CSS, JS, XML and JSON with usability and user experience in mind
- Ability to create and support marketing content to be used for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
- Good understanding of Adobe Photoshop for the purpose of being able to create marketing content supporting ongoing projects
- Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word and hands on experience with ticketing and project tracking tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Service NOW or similar
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy to understand way for non-technical audience
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Experience with Exact Target, Omniture, Google Analytics and Microstrategy is a plus
- Experience in working in First/Second line support is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Perform feasibility study - analysing whether a project will drive sales whilst keeping the company protected
- Develop and deliver product requirements – being responsible for gathering, understanding and defining both the functional and non-functional requirements necessary to meet the needs of the market
- Market support: ensuring all requirements from the market are appropriate filtered and fixed
- Compile use cases - drafting and writing use cases in order to bring clarity to any requirements for both the business and technical stakeholder associated with the project
- Testing - ensuring that delivery matches intended features and functionality. (not UAT or QA)
- Project Stewardship - Responsible to see projects through from end-to-end
- Communications - Provide constant product communication to internal and external stakeholders/members
