- independently implement new functionalities in our client Content Management System
- craft verbal and written guidance for marketing professionals on new features
- support solving technical issues that will appear during roll-out phase of the new components on our client websites and pro-actively steering solutions
- work independently, take ownership of respective tasks while also work collaboratively in team setting
- resolve problems through research and critical thinking and obtain resolution independently via technical resources
- experience in digital marketing domain with proven knowledge of content marketing ecosystem, supporting the customer lifecycle
- ability to identify right tactics across multitude of marketing channels and excellent communication skills together with problem-solving abilities
- presentation skills (written and spoken)
- fluent English (written and spoken) and German nice to have
