What will you do?
- Deal with all types of customers\' queries and disputes within the role.
- Regularly reflecting the status of disputes activities
- Cooperate and support all team members
- Ensure complaints/requests sent via systems are cleared timely and that no unmatched item remains open
- Collect relevant information and following up on other parties to complete the dispute resolution
Who are we looking for?
Candidates who:
- are open to start international career
- have pro-active thinking,
- are independent worker (problem solving included)
- are willing to help and resolve various issues on the accounts
- speaks good German (B2) and English (B1)
