- Obsługa klientów w zakresie doradztwa oraz sprzedaży produktów kosmetycznych.
- Zarządzanie zamówieniami i reklamacjami, udzielanie informacji o produktach.
- Odpowiadanie na pytania klientów za pośrednictwem telefonu, e-maili i czatów.
Wymagania
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego (C2).
- Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne i orientacja na potrzeby klienta.
- Znajomość obsługi komputera i empatia w kontakcie z klientem.
